The Op Doc Wizard has had a fun and exciting life on it's own, but there has always been a larger vision in mind with this simple and powerful tool. A Short History
The Op Doc Wizard began as a project to provide simple, yet flexible management of company procedures and policies. Through interactions with companies like E-Myth Worldwide, we began improving the Op Doc Wizard to help facilitate the business innovation process.
The addition of RAWiz was an incremental move forward in adding the functionality to allow managers to determine where time was being spent, on what items and what processes work and do not work. The Ticket Wizard provided a very important, yet simple ability to capture "to do" type information and trouble ticket information. Another component, unpublished alone, provided budget features which help monetize time efforts and improve project estimating. A final component provided form management which completed the knowledge management circle by providing work flow automation and tracking of structured data.
Where is all of this leading?
One of the greatest powers of the Op Doc Wizard and its sister tools was the ability to relate information across all of the applications using a flexible tagging and search mechanism that unifies all information. We have now taken this to the next level and created a complete knowledge management package which combines all of our tools into one on-line suite, KM Executive or KMx for short.
As all of our current users are already aware, Op Doc Wizard accounts have all been migrated to KMx accounts, at no charge. The Op Doc Wizard site will remain active, however new account sign ups will be automatically redirected to the new KMx application site. We have created a competitive pricing scheme which provides a great deal of value for a variety of monthly fees based on the number of system users. Several paid packages are available, however there is also a very useful free knowledge management package that includes all of the features for up to handful of users.
